When e- mailing, if you do not get an immediate reply then please ring the sales office. It may be that your e-mail falls into our spam trap & we need to white list your e-mail address on our server so that your information comes through to us.
If you need further information you may call one of our helpful sales advisors who will be able to advise the most suitable stocking levels, displays & best selling CDs for your retail outlet. After your initial pre-payment you may apply for a credit application which will be checked and approved. Please remember that all orders that are pre-paid by credit card, cheque or bank transfer will automatically receive a 5% discount (UK ONLY). Also, all orders that are pre-paid are carriage free (UK ONLY). Cheques have to be cleared before releasing the order.

support and P.O.S. material is provided by New World? |
A range of Point of Sale material is available and should be displayed with your CDs wherever possible. All New Release information is supported by your monthly sales information pack and newsletter.
Now Playing Boards are a useful way of telling customers what CD is playing in your retail outlet. New World Music carrier bags are available and can be requested with your CD order. Counter top displays are also available. If you are interested in these, then please talk to your sales advisor. Window stickers are can be a useful tool to tell customers that you stock New World Music. These can be requested with your CD order.
| How
do I know which albums to order? |
Our sales advisors are always available to discuss our various
product ranges and what would suit your store best. We have extensive
experience in dealing with retailers from all sectors (health,
beauty, gift, tourism, museum, etc.)
There are some general guidelines which will help you. Obviously
the type of retailer you are will dictate your type of customer,
and consequently the type of music you sell (i.e. health clubs
and spas are more likely to sell healing style music). Your location
is also important (i.e. shops near the coast are likely to sell
more of the Natural Sounds and music featuring Whales & Dolphins,
etc.). You will always be able to sell music you personally
like. Your staff's enthusiasm for the music would be a much better
recommendation than any other advertising operation you may be
able to do. Finally we have a selection of best seller lists
which feature our most popular titles.

other products do New World Music sell? |
New World Music have an extensive range of our own branded and bought in DVDs and books (Hay House and Hamlyn). Use New World Music as a one stop shop. Contact your sales advisor. Boost your sales with these extra add-ons! Many retailers are finding that these extras are the fastest growing area of their business.
| How
are orders processed and delivered? |
Orders can be sent by post, faxed, telephoned or e- mailed. (Please remember the first paragraph under contact details above when e-mailing.) You can use the Trade Order form that we provide or e mail/fax your 'in house' order form. Please request extra order forms if needed and we will e mail or post them to you. If we e mail them, then you can save on your desktop for future use. (Be sure to ask for updates of these but you will be reminded in our monthly newsletter.)
| Can
I play New World Music in my store? |
All the music released by New World is licensed to the PRS. All
types of outlet (including health clubs, hair/beauty salons, hospitals,
clinics, etc.) will require a licence... see below for details.
If you play any music including New World's in a public space
you will require a PRS licence. The licence fee, based on the
sq.m. area of a retail outlet is:
1 - 100 sq.m. (900 sq. ft. approx.) £104.73 p.a.
101 - 200 sq.m. (1800 sq. ft. approx.) £157.12 p.a.
